Conference Registration Note

For Attendees	Only Attendees/Delegates can register without a paper ID.
For Authors	Authors can register only after their paper has been accepted. Paper ID is mandatory for author registration. Authors must have an accepted paper and Paper ID to register. Registration without both is non-refundable.
